Description
Our Sunday Have a Go Archery Lessons are relaxed and a lot of fun. These sessions last 60 minutes and are suitable for complete beginners. Your group will be kept fairly small so that everyone gets plenty of shooting time.
We start by getting everyone equipped, giving a short safety briefing and a demonstration of the correct shooting technique. You will then learn to shoot safely and confidently. After plenty of practice we will teach you how to score, and finish off the session with a fun competition.
Please note our Sunday have a go archery lessons are generally aimed a adults, although we can accommodate children with a minimum age of 10 years old when shooting alongside a parent or guardian who is also booked in to shoot.
These sessions are run at our indoor venue in Archway North London: Caxton House Community Centre, 129 St.John’s Way, Archway, N19 3RQ. Please double check which start time you have booked and arrive 10 minutes before your session is due to start.

Anyone under the age of 18 will require a parent of guardian to shoot with them. For younger children please take a look at our Children & Family Archery Club

Booked for a friend and I go to on a Sunday 1,30pm slot. Very impressed with the experience and would go again! We were given safety briefings and then let loose! There were plenty of opportunites for shooting in the 1.5hour time frame – more than I expected considering the group size.
